Baker’s Wonder Carrot Cake Mix is a wonderful, complete cake mix with the eggs and even the carrots included in the mix. While it saves you the hassle of grating carrots, it tastes just like fresh carrot cake. An inexpensive mix which requires the addition of water only, this mix will allow you to maximize your profits with significant labor savings. With a preparation time of less than 10 minutes, you can bake sheet after sheet all day using your regular kitchen staff, with a minimum labor cost. A 5 lb bag can be baked in many different ways, to suit your needs. It can yield: 1 sheet cake about 2.5” high, 2 thin sheet layers, four to seven 8” rounds, depending on desired height , 96 cup cakes, four 9 x 13 cakes, or any configuration of your choice. For an extra special touch, bake in a bundt pan, and frost with cream cheese icing.

Carrot Cheese Cake
Fill 8” round pans to half full and bake as directed. Slit cooled cake evenly, and fill with your favorite cream cheese filling.
Carrot Cheese Cupcakes
Line Cupcake pans with Cup Cake Paper Liners. Scoop batter into cavities taking care not to overfill. Mix together 1 lb cream cheese, with 1 egg, and sugar to taste and spoon into piping bag. Pipe small amount of cheese mixture into center of carrot cupcake batter in pan. Bake as directed. Your customers will be certain that you spent hours preparing this delicacy. They would be surprised to hear that it was just minutes from a mix.
