Baker’s Wonder variety bread mixes utilize short time fermentation systems to produce a variety of breads within 2 hours after mixing.This advantage plus ease of scaling makes for convenient and uniform production. Egg-o-rolle is a paste type and does not contain flour. Add flour, water, yeast (also eggs for added richness if desired). Makes delicious egg rolls and bread (challe). Use straight dough or sponge methods.
