Baker’s Wonder variety bread mixes utilize short time fermentation systems to produce a variety of breads within 2 hours after mixing. This advantage plus ease of scaling makes for convenient and uniform production. Portuguese sweet bread mix (pan de majorca) is a round bread washed with egg. Criss-cross cuts on the surface filled with coarse granular sugar for a real party or holiday treat. Can be mixed with fruit for variety flavors.
