Filled with a delightful selection of garden vegetables, this ready mix makes delicious vegetable patties in just a few minutes, at a fraction of the cost of making them up from scratch. Can be served as a side dish, topped with gravy, or as a main dish with salads, these cutlets can be fried in oil, or baked for a low fat food. Each lb makes 16-20 medium to large patties.
