Baker’s Wonder White cake mix is a versatile mix can be used on its own, or as the start of that special cake you are making. Perfect for birthday cakes too. A 5 lb bag can be baked in many different ways, to suit your needs. It can yield: 1 sheet cake about 2.5” high, 2 thin sheet layers, four to seven 8” rounds, depending on desired height , 96 cup cakes, four 9 x 13 cakes, or any configuration of your choice. An inexpensive mix which requires the addition of water only, this mix will allow you to maximize your profits with significant labor savings. With a preparation time of less than 10 minutes, you can bake sheet after sheet all day using your regular kitchen staff, with a minimum labor cost.
