Our GLUTEN FREE YELLOW CAKE MIX is the perfect choice for a delicious, basic yellow cake, which is great on its own, or as part of a layer cake. Bake sheets of our Gluten Free Yellow and Chocolate Cakes, and sandwich together with our Mousse Mix. Or spread with Vanilla Mousse and top with Our Strawberry Pie Filling for Gluten Free strawberry shortcake. A moist and soft cake, it is widely used as a base for everything from Apple Cake, Nut Cake, Carrot Cake , and much more. All varieties can be baked in cake pans, or in muffin tins for perfect cupcakes.

Bake two thin sheet layers, spread each sheet with Baker’s Wonder vanilla mousse and top with frozen or fresh sliced strawberries. Put one sheet on top of the other, for instant strawberry shortcake.
2 tone layer cake
Bake 2 thin sheet layers of yellow cake mix and 4 thin sheet layers of Baker’s Wonder chocolate cake mix. Spread Baker’s Wonder chocolate mousse on one chocolate layer, top with yellow sheet. Spread mousse on yellow and top with second chocolate layer. Spread top and sides of cake with mousse, and decorate with pastry comb
Cherry pie cake
Pour yellow cake batter into 8” rounds filling pan no more than half full. Slit baked cake evenly in center and fill with Baker’s Wonder cherry pie filling. Spread more Baker’s Wonder Cherry Pie Filling on top. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
Marble Fudge swirl rounds
Pour yellow cake batter into 8” rounds filling pan no more than half full. Pour 1 cup of Baker’s Wonder Liquid Marble chocolate across the top of the cake and with large spoon, cut through cake in the shape of an S to marbleize. Bake until toothpick inserted in yellow cake comes out clean. Note, Chocolate fudge will stay moist and fudgy
