Baker’s Wonder variety bread mixes utilize short time fermentation systems to produce a variety of breads within 2 hours after mixing. This advantage plus ease of scaling makes for convenient and uniform production. Twenty percenter is an instant dough, kaiser roll base. Add 20 lbs. Concentrate to 100 lbs flour. Contains jiffy, so that short time fermentation will produce high volume rolls.
